Michele Bachman is not happy with her apology over the whole “Lying Ass B****” intro she got on the Late Night with Jimmy Fallon Show. She said if this had been done to Michelle Obama, then she would have gotten an apology from the President of the network.
Michele Bachmann is probably right: if this had happened to Michele Obama (and that’s a damned big if) then the apology would have come from the president of the network. But here’s the thing – you’re not Michelle Obama. Not that I don’t think it was a “tasteful” or respectful thing to play for any woman, but I did laugh. Actually in internet terms I Laughed My Mother Fucking Ass Off. In my view Bachman can be a lying ass b****! And at times delusional. And annoying. And just plain fucking crazy.
And she got two apologies! One from the Senior VP and one from Fallon himself. I’m kind of surprised she still gets booked on shows. Her “candidacy” is pretty much dead now. She’s becoming as irrelevant as that chick from Alaska – Sandy, Rah-rah,??? whatever.
It’s a late-night (really late-night) comedy show. It’s snarky and outrageous. You felt insulted. You got two apologies. Boo-hoo bitch. Drop it and move on.
