About a month ago I wrote a letter to Luster Products (the company that makes a chemical relaxer I sometimes use) to let them know about some confusing instructions in one of their packages. I just thought they should know, and certainly didn’t expect anything other than them correcting the problem. But then, today, I got a nice little surprise. This stuff came in the mail:
Free stuff is always cool.
Unless it requires ointment to get rid of.
Along with a letter:
Pretty neat, huh? Nice to see that a large company listens and appreciates its customers. Now, if you don’t mind, I have to go gloss up the ‘do.
